Responsibilities

  • Coordinates human, logistical and technical resources needed for application support and ensures clarity on assignment schedules.
  • Organizes, prioritizes, follows up, gathers information, prospects and respects deadlines for all application supports and events (over 600 trainings, 6000 attendees, 250 calibrations and 300 demos per year worldwide).
  • Organizes training seminars (customer exchanges, trainer booking, location availability, schedule/equipment/participants confirmation, logistics, training interests tracking).
  • Ensures technical, logistical and human resources are available and booked for calibrations, respecting time slot limitations and deadlines.
  • Provides show assistance, respecting customer constraints (technical, timing, etc.) and L‑Acoustics technical and timing requirements.
  • Plans and organizes demos onsite and at L‑Acoustics premises: defines needs, makes corresponding space and people bookings.
  • Plans and organizes visits for guests with Application‑related criteria, ensures all logistics aspects and bookings are confirmed and validates feasibility with internal stakeholders.
  • Manages CRM data (business contacts/accounts/opportunities/appointments, training seminars/sessions).
  • Manages inventory and application technical gear: purchase requests, ERP integration, follow‑up on availability, delivery, onboarding kit, returns & repair; maintains yearly individual Application inventory.
  • Monitors and adapts processes used, improving working methodology; participates in the elaboration of processes for new tools or tasks.

Qualifications

  • Advanced English and fluent in French (read, write, speak).
  • Microsoft 360 CRM and ERP proficiency.
  • Bachelor’s degree in international business.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience.
  • Technology savvy with good working knowledge of MS Office Suite, PowerBi and Dynamics.
  • Autonomous, highly organized and rigorous.
  • Good interpersonal skills, strong customer focus, good listening and message transmission.
  • Solution‑oriented, compliance with brand and customer’s views, objective to find solutions to requests and feeding communication flow.
  • Capacity to respect deadlines; proactive on pending service needs and requests.
  • Ready to adapt to common processes and to suggest improvements when appropriate.
