Apple Device Operations Technician I

Jobtailor is seeking an IT Support Specialist focused on Apple ecosystems in Issy‑les‑Moulineaux. You will install and configure macOS, iOS and iPadOS devices, manage Apple deployments, and perform standard MDM operations in a multi‑platform environment with Windows and Microsoft 365.

Strong knowledge of MDM (Jamf Pro/Intune), networking, ITIL processes, and Zendesk is essential. Excellent communication and a client‑service mindset are required for this role.
