Job Description

We are currently seeking a Vertical Enablement Team Lead who will report to the Customer Success Management (CSM) Lead. This leader will be responsible for:

• Leading and participating in a team of industry SMEs to support Client Partners, sales, and marketing staff
• Creating and delivering proper messaging and solutions that correctly speak to the customer and their vertical
• Keeping abreast of emerging trends and issues facing the industry to help identify unmet customer and market needs
• Creating and delivering a training curriculum to the PO team and organization, to ensure that vertical knowledge is built across the organization

Qualifications

• Experience organizing training initiatives for departments within the company
• Instructional experience in a group business setting preferred
• Confidence and skillful negotiating skills
• Strong organizational skills to give the team direction
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in mentoring and training more junior team members
• Ability to effectively organize and manage multiple initiatives and encourage coworkers to do the same
• Ability to use data to improve a team’s operational efficiency
• Prior management experience is a plus
