Technical Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Organise and deliver training courses on the Service Solutions product range (workshop equipment) for professionals.
• Create commercial offers in line with market conditions, respecting margins and in agreement with management.
• Provide technical support with live demonstrations to the distributor’s sales team or at customer workshops.
• Collaborate regularly with technical support in France, providing feedback to improve products based on reported needs.
• Contribute to the installation of products at customer sites if necessary.
• Inform distributors on the use of products.
• Organise training sessions on the products, services and support offered by the group, at customer sites and at the company’s premises, together with technical support.
• Examine customer shortcomings and identify areas for improvement.
• Identify the right products for each customer and strengthen their confidence in the Group’s products.
• Participate in trade shows to promote products and represent the group.
• Monitor the activities of competing brands and report back to the manager.
• Protect the image of the company and the Group by identifying and reporting any malicious activities that could damage their reputation.

Qualifications and Experience

• Dual technical and commercial skills required; a natural sales developer who enjoys the challenges of a sales career.
• Technical knowledge of the automotive sector and the workshop equipment and spare parts market is appreciated.
• Full‑time position requiring daily travel within the assigned region.
• Excellent communication skills, a genuine sense of customer service, independence, thoroughness, and teamwork.
• Must reside in the relevant region (south‑west or west France).
• Desirable skills: technical knowledge of products, teaching skills for running training courses, proficiency in IT tools.
