Job Description
We are looking for a capable, diligent, and proactive KYC Analyst to conduct detailed customer due diligence and help prevent misuse of our organization for money laundering, fraud, or other financial crimes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed customer due diligence, perform risk assessments, and ensure compliance with our KYC policy.
- Gather and verify necessary information and documents from new customers.
- Maintain accurate, timely KYC records in relevant systems.
- Stay current on regulatory changes and updates regarding KYC and AML standards.
- Collaborate with the Compliance team to refine and optimize KYC policies.
- Ensure confidentiality of investigations and exchanges.
- Assess and recommend mitigation measures for risks of financial fraud, money laundering, and terrorism financing.
- Use analytical tools to detect fraud trends and provide actionable insights.
Preferred Experience
- Seeking a temporary position (CDD) for 3–6 months, with possible extension.
- Proven experience in KYC, preferably in fintech, payment provider, bank, consulting firm, or other fast‑paced environments.
- Strong understanding of KYC, AML, and due diligence requirements.
- Comfortable with tech‑driven tools such as Forest (CRM), Zendesk, and other AML/KYC software.
- Strong analytical skills and detail orientation.
- Excellent communication in English and fluent in German, Dutch, French, Spanish, or Italian.
- Empathetic, skilled, frank, collaborative.
