Alternant/Alternante – Chargé.e de Communication (F/H)Location: La Garenne Colombes, France, 92250Commitment: 12 months (full‑time apprenticeship)

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing internal communication support and events.
• Ensure communication of pertinent information to various teams in line with the communication plan.
• Create graphic materials to maximize SharePoint/intranet use and regularly enrich the SharePoint site (new pages/sections, document uploads, folder creation).
• Participate in content creation – ensure message and “One Safety” image coherence, design attractive visual supports using graphic software, produce short videos, layout communication kits in PowerPoint, and create posts on VivaEngage, Yammer, LinkedIn.
• Support the internal communication team’s activities and events within the Health & Safety department.

Qualifications and Skills

• Student in communication, marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English.
• Proficiency with graphic tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, etc.) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
• Technical understanding of editorial communication, visual identity consistency, communication sensitivity or institutional practices.
• Basic project‑management skills (retrospective timeline tracking, deliverable coordination, validation workflow organization).
• Digital ergonomics awareness to optimise SharePoint content presentation.
• Digital culture: trend monitoring and best practices for internal/external social networks.
• Organisational, meticulous, proactive, quick‑learning, reliable, confidentiality‑inclined, team‑spirit, and service orientation.
