As a payroll and personnel administration manager (H/F), you will support the HR leadership in managing daily departmental activities. The position is based at NORDEX France headquarters in Plaine Saint- Denis (93). Periodic travel within France may be required on a voluntary basis.
VOS FUTURES MISSIONS
- Administrative management of personnel
- Handle hiring formalities for new employees (DPAE, document handover, health insurance enrollment, organization of medical visits)
- Maintain liaison with occupational health: medical visits follow-up, convocations
- Manage social security files
- Input employee data and variable activity elements into payroll software
- Provide employees with administrative information and answer questions about contract application in payroll
- Prepare standard certificates (employment certificates, final settlement documents)
- Manage final settlements
- Social cost control
- Create and maintain social dashboards (BDES, headcount tables, entry/exit tables, gender equality index)
CONNAISSANCES REQUISES
- Degree: specialized RH school
- Prior professional and/or volunteer experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong written communication skills
- Good level of English
- Teamwork orientation
- Willingness to create and develop new processes
- Curiosity
