Responsibilities
- Release payroll slips for permanent employees and insertion parcours employees (approx. 250/month).
- Respect payroll deadline calendar.
- Collect, verify and input fixed and variable payroll elements (working time, remuneration, contract type, status, overtime, absences, advances, day forfaits, on-call duties…).
- Perform salary and advance payments.
- Check and justify monthly and semi-annual discrepancies between payroll and accounting data.
- Handle HR data: ensure quality and completeness of employee files.
- Manage sick leave, AT, paid leave and other absences.
- Calculate end-of-contract indemnities and full settlement balances.
- Update social data in the three payroll software (rates, ceilings, SMIC etc.).
- Prepare DPAE.
- Update personnel book.
- Enter data on the extranet for salaries and charges of aid contracts.
- Enter data on the extranet ASP, transfers.
- Manage restaurant vouchers: orders, distribution, monthly stock management.
- Issue tax certificates.
- Process social and fiscal declarations (DADS, hiring declarations).
- Edit and audit social charge tables, calculate contributions to URSSAF, retirement funds etc.
- Transfer DSN via NetEntreprise.
- Administrative follow-up: enter time sheets (GTA/EBP transfer), send follow-up emails, update activity data dashboards.
- Report activity through daily reporting to the hierarchy.
Qualifications
- Bac +2 (or BTS) in accounting or payroll or holder of a Payroll Manager certification.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an accounting firm (internship, fixed-term or permanent contract) to become quickly operational.
Skills (Compétences)
- Master payroll techniques.
- Comfortable with the chart of accounts.
- Master the basics of social law and social security (sickness, AT, professional disease…).
- Know the specificities of the métier and the sector.
- Know disciplinary and dismissal procedures etc.
- Proficient with Word and Excel and payroll software (GTA/GEI, EBP parameterization).

Conditions
- Contract: CDI.
- Availability: immediately.
- Status: 35h per week Monday to Friday (9:00-12:30 / 14:00-17:30).
- Location: Viry-Châtillon 91.
- Partial telework allowed.
- Salary: €2,400 gross per month x 12.5 months.
