We're Hiring!****Job Description :**Pour nous accompagner dans notre développement, nous recherchons pour notre site de Paris La Défense **un(e) alternant.e Formation Pathologies et produits** à pourvoir à compter du 7 septembre 2026 pour 1 an ou 2 ans idéalement.
Au sein des Directions Bien-être avec l’âge et Mustela, vous serez rattaché(e) à la Responsable Formation Produits et Pathologies, vos principales missions seront :
- La préparation des modules et outils de formation pour une cible interne et externe en fonction de l’actualité de l’entreprise (nouveautés produits et campagne de marque)
- Le déploiement de sessions de formation E-Learning
- L’analyse de la concurrence
- Une veille sur les nouveaux modes de formation**Profile Description :**De formation supérieure de niveau bac+5 ou 6, de préférence en Pharmacie ou Ingénieur Science du vivant, associé éventuellement à un Master en cosmétique, **vous maîtrisez impérativement l’anglais à l’écrit, idéalement à l’oral.**De plus, vous êtes rigoureux(se), organisé(e), dynamique, êtes à l’aise avec la science et aimez la rendre accessible aux autres, vous êtes doté(e) d’un bon esprit d’équipe.## What differentiates us at Expanscience (non-exhaustive list!)
