Au sein de la Direction Affaires Publiques, Veille stratégique et Communication, vous aurez pour principales missions :

• Contribuer à la veille stratégique et institutionnelle sur les politiques de santé et l’environnement du VIH, et à la diffusion de synthèses et d’actualités internes.
• Appuyer la préparation des actions d’Affaires Publiques : notes de contexte, éléments de cadrage et supports de briefing pour les échanges institutionnels.
• Participer à l’analyse des prises de position des acteurs institutionnels, santé publique et associatifs, et à la mise à jour des outils de suivi des parties prenantes.
• Contribuer à la mise en œuvre du plan de communication (interne et externe) de Vii

V Healthcare France.

• Participer à la rédaction, à la relecture et à la mise en forme de supports de communication interne et externe (présentations, newsletters, documents institutionnels).
• Appuyer la valorisation des engagements de l’entreprise, notamment en matière de responsabilité sociétale et de communication institutionnelle.
• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes internes Vii

V France et les équipes européennes / internationales lorsque nécessaire.* Participer à l’organisation d’événements internes et institutionnels externes* Contribuer au suivi opérationnel de projets transverses et à l’élaboration de bilans d’actions.
