Alternance - IT Transversal Project Coordinator - F/H - Septembre 2026

Job responsibilities

Based in our HQ in Paris, the IT Project Manager - Apprentice will be under the responsibility of the IT Transversal project manager. You will join the Infrastructure Team in charge of the different department: Cloud & System, Network, Digital Workplace, Operations.

As Project Manager, you will support IT infrastructure projects but also cross-organizational projects that may involve all business areas of the company (manufacturing, delivery, retail, eCom, CRM, customer care, finance).

Within the RIMOWA IT department & in collaboration with the IT Transversal Project Manager, you will guarantee the project governance within Infrastructure Team (Steering Committee preparation & animation, planning preparation & portfolio review). You will lead IT projects from the framing to the delivery by formalizing the business needs and their answers in terms of IT solutions. You will be animator between all stakeholders of the project.

You will work in an international context revolving around three main regions: Europe, Asia and North America.

Your responsibilities:

• Frame & animate the Infrastructure community dedicated to Infrastructure Retail activities
• Support the IT Transversal project Manager with the formalization of IT processes
• Launch and coordinate the various activities required to complete the projects assigned to you
• Prepare all expected deliverables (functional specifications, acceptance booklet, etc.)
• Support the Project Methodology within the Infrastructure Team (animation, follow-up, documentation)
• Providing of the necessary feedback on all projects that is needed to improve the content of project management

Your profile:

• In Master Degree with IT project Management specialization (Business or Engineering school)
• Strong IT focus, ideally in the retail/luxury sector
• First experience(s) in IT project Management
• Ability to lead meetings
• Good level for Office 365 tools: World, PowerPoint & Excel
• Dynamic, with strong interpersonal skills
• Fluent English and French required, German advantageous
