Alternance - International HR Process & Project Manager F/M

Your role

• Communication and co-ordination between different teams in France and 19 countries in a HR setting
• Participating in communication and marketing campaigns for HR processes (Annual Review, People Review, career Review) and promoting internal mobility
• Hosting meetings, webinars, conferences for an international and French audience
• Creating and updating supporting documents for HR processes
• Improving the efficiency of HR processes in collaboration with the HRIS team, contributing to the upgrading of HR processes and systems

Your profile

• You are fluent in English (written and spoken), ideally have a working level of French, a third language is a plus
• You have good command of Pack Office - Excel, Powerpoint, Word
• You are interested in international projects and communication
• You are interested in human resources, career development and mobility
• You are detail-oriented and polyvalent
