Your role

• Communication and coordination between different teams in France and 19 countries in an HR setting
• Participation in communication and marketing campaigns for HR processes (Annual Review, People Review, career Review) and promotion of internal mobility
• Hosting meetings, webinars and conferences for an international and French audience
• Creation and updating of supporting documents for HR processes
• Improving the efficiency of HR processes in collaboration with the HRIS team, contributing to the upgrading of HR processes and systems

Your profile

• Fluency in English (written and spoken), ideally working level of French, and a third language is a plus
• Good command of Pack Office – Excel, Powerpoint, Word
• Interest in international projects and communication
• Interest in human resources, career development and mobility
• Detail-oriented and polyvalent
