Alternance – Global Key Account Management Excellence (H/F)

Job Description
Within the Global Channel Team, reporting to Global KAM Excellence Owner, you will join a dedicated team serving industrial and retail customers.
Your main mission
The Key Account Management Excellence Alternant supports the rollout of the KAM Program by helping the KAM community adopt systems, processes, and best practices. The role includes maintaining and updating key system data, documenting and improving processes, preparing training materials, coordinating best‑practice sharing, supporting dedicated projects, and contributing to change‑management initiatives across the Global KAM organization.
Key activities and/or dedicated projects
Systems & Data Management
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness through regular checks and corrections.
- Support system enhancements: update customer and account data in CRM/MDM tools, user testing, documentation, feedback collection, and issue tracking.
- Create and maintain user guides, process documentation, and system reference materials.
Process and Project Management & Optimization
- Participate in process design and governance, including reviews and communication.
- Provide operational support to KAMs on systems, workflows, and data‑related topics and contribute to improving the user experience.
- Develop materials (templates, step‑by‑step guides, FAQs) and deliver training to KAMs.
- Support change‑management plan, including communication, onboarding, and feedback collection.
- Monitor adoption of new tools and processes and recommend improvement actions.
- Any additional projects agreed and assigned with the supervisor.
Qualifications
You are currently enrolled in a master’s degree (Business, Management, Data, or related field).
Hard Skills
- Data analysis and reporting skills, strong interest in CRM/MDM systems.
- Strong Excel skills, solid PowerPoint abilities, GenAI, familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
- English fluency: verbal and written.
Soft Skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify inconsistencies.
- Clear and structured communication, both written and verbal.
- Pedagogical approach, proactivity and willingness to propose improvements.
What you will have gained by the end of your work‑study program
- A solid understanding of the international Key Account Management program, its main processes, and customer needs.
- Strong skills in key systems (Power BI, Salesforce, etc.) and data management to ensure reliable, high‑quality customer and account information.
- Enhanced analytical capabilities through reporting, dashboard creation, and data quality improvement.
- Hands‑on experience in training and change‑management to support the adoption of new tools, processes, and ways of working.
