OneStream IT Project Manager M/F (Freelance)

We are currently recruiting for our client, a large international company, a OneStream IT Project Manager M/F (Freelance) role.

The company is looking to improve its reporting processes and to redesign and harmonise its Finance Data Model, from Group Finance down to ERP and transactional data level.

The role is based in Paris, with an expectation of 2 days per week onsite (can be more flexible if necessary).

What will I be doing?

• Working closely with the Finance Architect to define the Finance Data Model in OneStream, aligned with Group Finance requirements.
• Acting as a Project Manager and key coordinator between Group Finance, IT, ERP teams, and local accounting teams.
• Collecting, structuring, and validating business and functional requirements with Group Finance and local stakeholders.
• Bridging the gap between finance and technical teams, ensuring alignment between EPM and ERP data models.
• Overseeing and coordinating complex data integrations and data flows between the Group ERP systems and OneStream.
• Managing stakeholders and change management, ensuring engagement and adoption across multiple teams.

What kind of skills and background will I need to have?

You have strong experience in finance transformation and project management, with a solid understanding of Finance Data Models and how they interact with ERP and EPM systems.

Ideally, you bring:

• Significant experience as a Project Manager / Finance Transformation Lead.
• Strong knowledge of financial processes (consolidation, reporting, FP&A).
• Proven exposure to OneStream and its interaction with ERP systems.
• Good understanding of how transactional data feeds EPM platforms.
• The ability to work effectively with architects, IT teams, and finance stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management and change management skills.
• Fluency in French and English.
