ALTERNANCE - Assistant Brand Manager - Transitions Global Marketing F/H

Join the Transitions Global Marketing team and support the development of new innovations for the Transitions brand and contribute to other key collaboration projects with other brands of the group (Frames Brands, Lens Brands & Wearables).

Reporting to the Global Brand Collaboration Manager, the Assistant Brand Manager will be actively involved in project management activities, helping to coordinate timelines, aligning stakeholders, and developing impactful assets to ensure the successful execution of Transitions innovation initiatives. Additionally, the resource will support other team members of the Marketing Innovation & Collaborations team in specific projects.

This role provides a unique opportunity to contribute to brand innovation from concept to launch, while gaining hands‑on experience through collaboration with both internal teams and external partners in a dynamic learning environment.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate creativity, proactivity, and strong organizational skills to effectively support fast‑paced and cross‑functional innovation projects.

A five ‑ member team collaborating cross ‑ functionally with numerous departments such as retail marketing, communications, R&D, Legal, frames brands and key international markets. The team acts as a central hub connecting innovation projects with strategic, operational, and market ‑ level stakeholders.

1. Support the Global Brand Collaboration Manager on executing the innovation plan throughout the year, by coordinating the launch of a new lens innovations from concept to launch:

  • Conduct a competitive analysis & support in determining product positioning
  • Define the story / marketing concept (Insights, benefits, Reason to Believe) / performance & claim assessment and validation with R&D and Legal
  • Develop all B2B and B2C communication & marketing materials to support the launch of the innovation
  • Deliver product guidelines document to facilitate deployment plans and support the regional marketing teams on their local needs
  • Conceive and evaluate sales aid tools together with the Brand Activation & Go-to-Market team

2. Support the development of frames and wearables collaboration projects:

  • Craft new stories, building on the right B2C and B2B messages in collaboration with other brands (frames brands, lens brands, wearables i.e. Ray-Ban Meta, Nuance Audio)
  • Formulate proposals for product assortment
  • Ensure alignment of key stakeholders (other internal teams, regions, etc.)

3. Collaborate with different functions and departments such as R&D, Consumer Insights and Category, Activation & Events, Communication and Legal, Medical affairs teams.

4. Work closely with the creative hub, agencies and external partners to brief them on project requirements and needs.

Profil :

  • Previous experience in Marketing, Innovation or Business oriented roles
  • Interest in Optics appreciated
  • Demonstrated initiative, curiosity, and a strong willingness to learn
  • Good organizational and time‑management skills
  • Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a particular focus on PowerPoint.

Rythme souhaité : Rhythm 3 days in the office / 2 days at school
