We are looking for intercompany invoices services who will manage the issuing of recharging invoices for EMEA subsidiaries.
Main responsibilities
- 1. Issuing intercompany service invoices for EMEA subsidiaries in respect of accounting and fiscal requirements
- 2. Management of issuing adjustment documents such as credit/debit notes to customers of EMEA subsidiaries (e.g. discounts, discrepancies)
- 3. Identify and drive process improvement opportunities and standardization
- 4. Governance on new flow and project
- 5. Balance sheet accounts reconciliation
- 6. Perform closing calendar activities,
- 7. Support internal and external auditors
Main requirements
- 1. You have good english knowledge. Any other EMEA languages are considered a plus
- 2. Good knowledge of Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools
- 3. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skill
- 5. Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
- 6. Effective communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and landlords
- 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
