What’s in it for you?
Test & Validation Engineer – Apprenticeship (1 to 3 years)
Thermal Management – PWTi Team
As part of the growing challenges in vehicle development and simulation, the PWTi Thermal Management team is opening an apprenticeship position (1 to 3 years) for a Test and Validation Engineer.
You will join a passionate, multidisciplinary team responsible for the development, performance optimization, and validation of thermal management systems. Our engineers work across mechanics, electrical systems, control, testing, and simulation – always with a hands‑on mindset and strong technical collaboration.
This is not a sit‑and‑watch role. From day one, you will be involved in real engineering projects, interacting with both vehicles and test benches, in a dynamic and supportive environment that encourages curiosity, initiative, and innovation.
Your Missions
- Physical measurements & analysis – Participate in test campaigns on benches and vehicles to validate subsystem performance (pressure, flow, temperature, etc.).
- Development & test benches – Contribute to the deployment and continuous improvement of a hydraulic measurement test bench.
- Field work & vehicle preparation – Work closely with workshop teams to prepare vehicles for testing. Follow instrumentation, setup, troubleshooting, and technical updates.
- Continuous improvement – Help improve validation methods, tools, and testing processes.
- Numerical simulation (a strong plus) – Use or analyze simulation models such as MATLAB/Simulink, GT‑SUITE, or StarCCM to predict and optimize system behavior.
