Transport is at the core of modern society. Imagine using your expertise to shape sustainable transport and infrastructure solutions for the future. If you seek to make a difference on a global scale, working with next‑gen technologies and the sharpest collaborative teams, then we could be a perfect match.

What’s in it for you?

Test & Validation Engineer – Apprenticeship (1 to 3 years)

Thermal Management – PWTi Team

As part of the growing challenges in vehicle development and simulation, the PWTi Thermal Management team is opening an apprenticeship position (1 to 3 years) for a Test and Validation Engineer.

You will join a passionate, multidisciplinary team responsible for the development, performance optimization, and validation of thermal management systems. Our engineers work across mechanics, electrical systems, control, testing, and simulation — always with a hands‑on mindset and strong technical collaboration.

This is not a “sit‑and‑watch” role. From day one, you will be involved in real engineering projects, interacting with both vehicles and test benches, in a dynamic and supportive environment that encourages curiosity, initiative, and innovation.

Your Missions

Physical measurements & analysis

Participate in test campaigns on benches and vehicles to validate subsystem performance (pressure, flow, temperature, etc.).

Contribute to the deployment and continuous improvement of a hydraulic measurement test bench.

Field work & vehicle preparation

Work closely with workshop teams to prepare vehicles for testing. Follow instrumentation, setup, troubleshooting, and technical updates.

Help improve validation methods, tools, and testing processes.

Use or analyze simulation models such as MATLAB/Simulink, GT‑SUITE, or StarCCM to predict and optimize system behavior.
