Alliance Sales Manager – Atos

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership Development – Identify and engage with high‑potential partners that align with the company’s business and technology strategy.
  • Alliance Lifecycle Management – Oversee the full lifecycle of partnerships, from initial contact and onboarding to long‑term relationship nurturing and performance tracking.
  • Contract Negotiation & Governance – Lead commercial and legal negotiations in collaboration with internal stakeholders (legal, finance, sales, etc.).
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting – Define KPIs, track partner performance, and provide regular reporting to leadership with actionable insights.
  • Cross‑functional Collaboration – Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure successful execution of joint go‑to‑market strategies and solution integration.
  • Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis – Stay informed on industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and mitigate risks.

  • Relationship Building – Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to build trust and influence across diverse stakeholders.
  • Negotiation & Conflict Resolution – Strong negotiation capabilities and experience resolving escalations and conflicts constructively.
  • Strategic Thinking – Ability to develop and execute long‑term partnership strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Analytical Skills – Proficient in data analysis and performance tracking to support decision‑making and continuous improvement.
  • Project Management – Skilled in managing complex, cross‑functional projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
  • Communication – Clear, concise, and adaptable communication style suitable for executive‑level discussions and partner engagement.

Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in alliance management, business development, or strategic partnerships—preferably in the tech industry.
  • Strong understanding of international business environments and multicultural collaboration.
  • Experience working in matrixed organizations with complex stakeholder landscapes.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
