JOB CONTEXTWithin the framework of the IPVF Joint Research Programme on the development of low cost and high performance solar cells, we are seeking to recruit a research and production engineer to continue the development of innovative material solutions for photovoltaic devices and to ensure the production of robust and suitable functional films.Within the team Manufacturing processes and product development The candidate will be involved in missions including: development of new semiconductor materials by ALD, of in-situ and ex-situ characterization of deposited layers (Ellipsometry, XRD etc.), of layer integration in photovoltaic stacks, of handling vacuum deposition equipment on a pre-industrial scale (pilot line).He/she will also have the role of contributing to research projects and developing a technological bridge between the different actors of the joint research program to disseminate technological innovations arising from his/her research on semiconductor materials and/or transport layers.What We OfferThe candidate will work in a multidisciplinary environment within the IPVF and in close collaboration with members of the CNRS-UMR.
