****Job Description:******Airbus Beijing | Full time SFI****Airbus Beijing is currently seeking Synthetic Flight Instructors to join the team in Airbus Beijing Training Centre.****This is a full time permanent position directly employed with Airbus Beijing as part of the Airbus Training Services. Recently there has been some enhancements to the overall terms & conditions.****As part of the Airbus Beijing team, you will deliver training to airline flight crews converting to Airbus on all operational and technical aspects for specific Airbus type(s) utilizing the following training devices.*** **Full Flight Simulators for A330 & A320.*** **Airbus pilot training devices*** **Classroom training****Ensuring airline crews capability to carry out safely and correctly all normal and emergency procedures required by Airworthiness authorities and Airbus so that the crew will achieve the required level of standard proficiency.******Responsibilities will include:***** **Delivering training while adhering to Airbus standard policy and standardization as required by Airbus Flight Training Operations.*** **Instructing trainees on the various training devices*** **Providing an evaluation of the crews progression*** **Producing a written report and grading of the trainees performance at the end of each session.*** **Determining the necessity to provide extra training in order to achieve the desired level of proficiency.*** **Participating in the improvement and development of training documentation.******Required Skills:******If you are interested in pursuing this opportunity with Airbus Beijing you must meet all of the following requirements:*** **Hold or have held an EASA ATPL, have a valid EASA SFI or TRI Authorization from the same Authority as the ATPL*** **1500 hours on A320 or A330 or A350 including 100 as PIC on any airbus FBW airplane*** **Simulator Instructor experience as an SFI/TRI on A320 or A330*** **Be able to teach, brief and debrief in fluent English**This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.********Company:********HUA-OU Aviation Training Company Limited**Employment Type:**Permanent-------**Experience Level:**Professional**Job Family:**Training support & services
