Airbnb Operations Manager

• You manage and optimize a portfolio of short-term rental properties on booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking, Abritel) within the ALB network.
• Listing setup and optimization on platforms (photos, descriptions, SEO)
• Yield management: dynamic pricing to maximize each property's revenue
• Reservation management and guest relations (messages, check-in, dispute resolution)
• Coordination of cleaning and maintenance teams between stays
• Prospecting new property owners who want to delegate the management of their assets

Requirements

• Ability to persuade and build trust with property owners
• Background in real estate, sales, or any other sector (hairdressing, management, hospitality, etc.) — motivation is what matters
• Desire for the autonomy of an independent role with the support of a structured network
• Intention to build long-term recurring income rather than a capped salary
