AI Product Builder (Digital Product Owner)

Coders Connect is partnering with Sanofi to recruit an AI Product Builder (Digital Product Owner) for their Manufacturing & Supply (M&S) Accelerator.

This is not a traditional Product Owner role .

Sanofi is building a new generation of product teams and is looking for AI-native Product Builders — individuals who can design, build, and deploy products themselves using AI , rather than managing delivery through others.

This is a high-impact role focused on building AI-powered products that directly improve operations across global manufacturing, quality, and supply chain environments .

Rather than following a traditional “define → build → scale” model, this role is centered on:

• Building fast MVPs
• Scaling only after validation

You will operate at the intersection of product, engineering, and AI , working hands‑on to create solutions that integrate into real-world operational workflows.

As an AI Product Builder, you will own the full lifecycle of your product — from idea to deployment — using AI tools, LLMs, and modern development approaches .

Job Description

• Own and build AI-powered products end-to-end (from concept to deployment)
• Design, prototype, and deploy solutions yourself using AI-assisted tools
• Deliver fast MVPs, validate value early, and iterate continuously
• Use LLMs, AI agents, and copilots to accelerate product development
• Focus on solving real operational problems, not just defining requirements
• Collaborate closely with engineering, data, AI, and business stakeholders
• Drive adoption through hands‑on demos, workshops, and clear communication
• Integrate products into real workflows across manufacturing, quality, and supply chain
• Use AI in your own Product Ownership workflow (discovery, prioritization, documentation)
• Make pragmatic trade‑offs to deliver value quickly rather than aiming for perfection

What You’ll Be Working On

• AI-powered products for manufacturing, quality, and supply chain operations
• Use cases such as process deviation (quality) and operational optimization
• LLM‑based applications, AI agents, and decision‑support tools
• Rapid MVP development using AI‑assisted coding (“vibe coding”)
• Tools such as copilots, automation frameworks, and modern AI ecosystems
• Products that integrate with enterprise systems (ERP, MES, etc.) — but not dependent on them

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of experience in Product, Engineering, Data, or related fields (flexible)
• Background in Data Science, Data Engineering, or Software Engineering is strongly preferred
• Proven ability to build and ship products (not just manage them)

Hands‑on experience with:

• LLMs (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude)
• AI tools, agents, or copilots
• Ability to deploy MVPs independently using AI-assisted development
• Strong understanding of product thinking combined with technical execution
• Comfortable working with ambiguity, complexity, and fast iteration cycles
• Strong communication skills and fluent English (global collaboration required)
• Ability to explain products, run workshops, and drive adoption

Nice to Have

• Exposure to manufacturing, quality, or supply chain environments
• Experience with ERP, MES, or enterprise systems
• Startup or product builder background
• Experience building side projects or products using AI
