AI-Powered Customer Support Engineer

LumApps is seeking a customer support specialist to respond to client inquiries, diagnose issues via remote sessions, and help users maximize the platform’s AI-powered features. You will work with a global team across our Paris and international offices, combining written and spoken communication to ensure customer success.

You will organize demonstrations, troubleshoot product defects, and contribute to AI-driven automation initiatives while maintaining strong knowledge sharing within the team.
