Vehicle Title Specialist - DMV Compliance & Customer Care

Colonial Group in Pontarlier, France is seeking a Titles Processor to handle vehicle titles in accordance with state DMV guidelines, ensuring timely and accurate processing and high customer satisfaction.

You will process titles from dealerships, banks and credit unions, respond to inquiries by phone, email or in person, troubleshoot issues like odometer discrepancies, and maintain confidentiality while supporting other departments as needed.
