AI/ML Engineer, LegalTech – Contract Analytics (Remote)

Ardela is hiring an AI/ML Engineer to push the boundaries of how models understand legal language, detect risk, and support decision-making. You’ll work with product and engineering to bring advanced AI capabilities directly into the hands of legal teams.

You will develop and fine-tune models for document analysis, clause detection, summarization, and risk scoring, while building evaluation pipelines to ensure reliability and safety.
