Context
Alan is entering a new phase of growth. With more than 1 million members and 50% year-over-year growth, we want to turn our organic acquisition into our #1 acquisition channel.
Your Mission
You’ll join Alan’s Growth team and work side‑by‑side with our SEO/GEO Lead to drive organic traffic and conversions.
Key missions include:
- Build the agents that do the work. You’ll create automated workflows and Claude skills that turn prompt monitoring, gap analysis, content drafts, and freshness audits into one continuous pipeline. The agents you build today are the engine the whole team runs on tomorrow.
- Contribute to Alan’s keyword & prompt roadmap and identify new strategic content opportunities using our organic monitoring toolstack (Profound, SEMrush, Google Search Console) and Claude Code.
- Globalize our AI workflows across geographies, accounting for complex local nuances and empowering local teams.
Help Alan stand out against AI slop with your unique taste and creative direction
- Become an expert in customer psychology. Develop a deep, near‑obsessive understanding of what people ask LLMs (ChatGPT, Perplexity) and Google about health, work, and insurance, and why those questions matter to them: wellness at work, preventive health, navigating insurance complexity.
- Direct the AI, do not compete with it. Our agents draft, structure, and scale. Your job is to add a taste layer where it matters that AI cannot replace: choosing which questions are worth answering in the first place, knowing when a draft is technically correct but emotionally flat, spotting the customer insight that turns a generic explainer into something worth citing. You guide the agents with sharper briefs and edit their output with judgment.
- Collaborate with Brand on third‑party citation work and brand sentiment monitoring, ensuring what we publish and what gets said about us reinforce each other.

- Arrive at the inflection point. Organic discovery is shifting from Google to LLMs right now. You join at the moment the playbook is being written, not after it has been figured out.
- Surf the AI wave, do not get washed by it. Most marketers are watching AI rewrite their craft from the sidelines. You will be at the front of that wave, shaping how organic growth evolves with world‑class tooling rather than scrambling to catch up.
- Own real scope from week one. You will own significant chunks of Alan’s organic growth engine, across four markets. Not a slice of it, the whole thing.
- Grow into a co‑architect role. You start as the human taste layer on top of our AI engine. As the system matures, the path is to co‑design it: which clusters we attack, which agents we build, which experiments we run.
- Mission that matters. Help people understand and access better health insurance, in service of Alan’s vision of helping everyone live in good health to 100.
Development plan for this role
- After 6 months: you ship at least one fully agent‑powered content pipeline end to end. Non‑brand organic traffic and AI citations show measurable growth in your cluster. You can defend any piece we have published in the last quarter on its merits.
- After 12 months: you co‑own the content roadmap across at least two markets. You are the person the SEO/GEO Lead consults before making cluster or agent design decisions. You have shipped at least one experiment that changed how the team works.
Experience & Skills
- At least 1 year of growth or marketing experience, ideally in a tech or scale‑up environment (internships or apprenticeships count as experience).
- Languages: Fluent in French and English (both mandatory).
- AI‑native: you already use Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Dust, or something similar daily, and you're constantly pushing how far the tools can go.
- Taste for what works. You can read a piece of content, a social post, or a landing page and instantly tell if it lands or falls flat, and explain why. You do not measure success in articles published, you measure it in whether we actually moved people and metrics.
- Data‑obsessed: You track what you ship, and iterate based on what data tells you.
- Powerhouse execution. You move fast and you move mountains. When something needs to ship, it ships, on time and at quality. You are the person the team can hand a hard problem to and stop worrying about. Reliability is non‑negotiable.
- Obsessed with learning and speed. You thrive in environments where you pick up new skills weekly and apply them the same day. You do not wait to be taught. You read, you experiment, you ship, you learn, you go again. The pace energizes you rather than tiring you out.
Location
You must be legally eligible to work in France and must be based in Paris or willing to relocate as the role requires regular presence at our Paris office.
Nice‑to‑Have
- Exposure to SEO, growth marketing, or organic acquisition (tools like SEMrush, Google Search Console, Google Analytics).
- Previous track record of building with AI agents or automation tools (Dust, Claude, GPT).
Level
We are targeting a B0‑B1 level range.
