Key Missions Include:

• Build the agents that do the work. You’ll create automated workflows and Claude skills that turn prompt monitoring, gap analysis, content drafts, and freshness audits into one continuous pipeline.
• Contribute to Alan’s keyword & prompt roadmap and identify new strategic content opportunities using our organic monitoring tool stack (Profound, SEMrush, Google Search Console) and Claude Code.
• Globalize our AI workflows across geographies, accounting for complex local nuances and empowering local teams.

Build the AI systems behind Alan’s organic growth

• Build the agents that do the work. You’ll create automated workflows and Claude skills that turn prompt monitoring, gap analysis, content drafts, and freshness audits into one continuous pipeline.
• Contribute to Alan’s keyword & prompt roadmap and identify new strategic content opportunities using our organic monitoring tool stack (Profound, SEMrush, Google Search Console) and Claude Code.
• Globalize our AI workflows across geographies, accounting for complex local nuances and empowering local teams.

Help Alan stand out against AI slop with your unique taste and creative direction

• Become an expert in customer psychology. Develop a deep, near‑obsessive understanding of what people ask LLMs and Google about health, work, and insurance.
• Direct the AI, do not compete with it. Guide the agents with sharper briefs and edit their output with judgment to add emotional resonance.
• Collaborate with Brand on third‑party citation work and brand sentiment monitoring.

Development plan for this role

• After 6 months: Ship at least one fully agent‑powered content pipeline end to end.
• After 12 months: Co‑own the content roadmap across at least two markets and lead experiments that change team processes.

Experience & Skills

• At least 1 year of growth or marketing experience, ideally in a tech or scale‑up environment.
• Fluent in French and English (both mandatory).
• AI‑native: use Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity or similar daily.
• Taste for what works: evaluate content quickly and explain why it succeeds or fails.
• Data‑obsessed: track shipped content and iterate based on data.
• Powerhouse execution: deliver on time and at high quality.
• Obsessed with learning and speed: experiment and ship continuously.

Location: Must be legally eligible to work in France and based in Paris or willing to relocate. Regular presence at the Paris office is required.
