AI Engineer (Omni-Channel Agents & Automation) (Relocation to Bulgaria Required)

Architect and deploy the next generation of conversational intelligence . You will build autonomous agents that live across voice, web chat, and messaging, ensuring they are fast, reliable, and deeply integrated into our business systems.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Agentic Architecture : Design multi-modal agent systems that leverage LLMs for reasoning, planning, and execution;
• Conversational Engineering : Build and optimize high-fidelity Voice (VUI) and Chat (CUI) interfaces, focusing on latency reduction and natural turn-taking;
• Workflow & Logic : Develop the "connective tissue" between AI agents and external APIs, databases, and CRMs to automate end-to-end business processes;
• RAG & Memory : Implement advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and long-term memory systems to provide agents with accurate, contextual data.

Role Requirements:

• Core Skills : Proficiency in Python or Node.js and experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, or similar);
• Automation Mastery : Extensive experience with workflow orchestration (e.g., n8n, LangFlow, or Make);
• Voice & Chat Expertise : Familiarity with real-time voice protocols (WebSockets, WebRTC) and chat-interface deployment;
• Preferred Stack : Experience with Retell AI (Voice) and n8n is a significant plus but not a dealbreaker. Previous experience working in the iGaming industry.
