You'll work at the cutting edge of AI technology, building production-ready solutions that address real business challenges and enhance product capabilities for our global user base.**Key Responsibilities****AI Model Development & Deployment**

• Design, develop, and optimize AI models (LLMs, RAG systems, agents) to solve business challenges
• Implement data preprocessing pipelines and feature engineering for AI applications
• Train, fine-tune, and evaluate models ensuring performance, accuracy, and reliability
• Deploy AI models into production environments with robust monitoring and observability**System Integration & Scalability**
• Integrate AI capabilities (assistants, RAG, tools, workflows) into existing platforms and systems
• Build scalable AI infrastructure leveraging cloud platforms and MLOps best practices
• Optimize model performance, latency, and cost-efficiency for enterprise-scale deployment
• Implement AI orchestration frameworks for multi-agent systems and autonomous workflows**Collaboration & Innovation**
• Participate in Agentic AI Factory rituals and contribute to technical roadmap
• Collaborate with AI Product Managers, Full Stack Engineers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI solutions
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and best practices
• Contribute to building reusable AI assets and capabilities**Quality & Governance**
• Ensure AI systems meet security, privacy, and compliance requirements
• Implement testing strategies, model validation, and quality assurance processes
• Document AI architectures, models, and deployment procedures
