AI-Driven Sales Enablement & GTM Onboarding Leader

RIOT is seeking a Sales Enablement professional to shape how the sales team operates across markets. You will write the sales method, design onboarding programs, and own the stack of tools used by reps. You will build missing assets, prototype with AI, and roll out first routines in new markets.

You will run coaching cadences, weekly reviews, and live with reps to ensure adoption. Fluency in French and English is required, and this on-site role allows limited remote work in Paris.
