Role Description
We are seeking a full‑time AI Acceleration Lead to join our team on‑site in Paris. The AI Acceleration Lead will work on designing, developing, and implementing AI models, tools and solutions tailored for the life sciences industry. Key responsibilities also include collaborating with our life sciences consulting teams to drive the adoption of AI by our consulting teams.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Computer Science principles and Software Development
- Hands‑on experience with Natural Language Processing techniques and open source LLM models
- Ability to leverage latest AI developing tools (eg Claude Code) to accelerate works and enhance productivity
- Ability to work collaboratively and thrive in a multidisciplinary team
- Willingness to train and support people to drive AI adoption
- Interest for the pharma industry
- Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
