Aftersales Sales Planning Market France
We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially driven Aftersales Sales Planning Manager to support the growth and profitability of Stellantis' Aftersales business in France.
In this role, you will be responsible for sales planning, demand forecasting, business performance analysis, and the development of strategies that maximise revenue opportunities across Aftersales products and distribution channels.
Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Finance, and Supply Chain teams, you will play a pivotal role in transforming market insights into actionable sales plans and business strategies that drive sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse sales performance, market trends, customer demand, and commercial opportunities to support strategic decision-making.
- Lead the annual, quarterly, and monthly sales planning processes, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Monitor sales targets, key performance indicators (KPIs), and revenue performance, proactively identifying risks and opportunities.
- Develop accurate demand forecasts and collaborate closely with Supply Chain and Logistics teams to ensure product availability and service excellence.
- Support the planning and execution of promotional campaigns and commercial policies to maximise sales performance and profitability.
- Produce management reports, dashboards, and presentations to support senior leadership decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to improve planning processes, forecasting methodologies, and overall business efficiency.
- Contribute to budgeting and financial planning activities related to Aftersales revenue, margin, and profitability.
Profile
- Superior degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Sales Planning, Business Planning, Commercial Operations, Demand Planning, or Aftersales Management within the automotive industry.
- Strong analytical capabilities combined with a commercial mindset and the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with business intelligence and planning tools, such as Power BI, would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a complex, international, and cross-functional environment.
- Fluency in both English and French, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
