Job Summary
As a customer service technician, you provide technical assistance for our products on client sites and/or within our workshop. You are recognized as a technical expert and also ensure the installation, commissioning and maintenance of our products at customer sites. You also ensure customer satisfaction across all our services.
Responsibilities
Technical expertise
- Technical assistance remotely (email / phone / ...) and on site (IDF and France as part of 2 or 3-day trips)
- Management of customer complaints, spare parts offers
- Commissioning, maintenance, repair and training on our products at our customers\' premises or in our service workshop
- Promotion of our services (maintenance contract, Training, ...) to our clients with technical and commercial arguments
- Host technical meetings with support services if necessary
EHS
- Reporting the near-accidents
- Respect the wearing of PPE
- Collect anomalies, establish an action plan and measure its impact
- Participate in monitoring and solving problems encountered during the manufacture of products
- Participation and development of continuous improvement indicators
Basic Qualifications
- Technical training with skills in mechanics, hydraulics, electrical and automation
- Minimum 3 years\' experience in a similar position in an industrial environment or in mechanical maintenance
- Mastery of computer tools (office pack)
- Proficiency in french
