Position: After‑Sales & Service Manager of West EU

We are currently looking for an After‑Sales & Service Manager of West EU. The details of the job responsibilities are below.

Who You Are

You are a hands‑on and results‑oriented professional with a background in Business, Engineering, or a related field. You thrive in building and nurturing strong partner networks and are motivated by driving service excellence and customer satisfaction. A proactive problem‑solver, you are skilled at using data to guide decisions and improve processes. Your excellent communication skills and cultural fluency allow you to collaborate effectively and build trust in a diverse, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

2. Drive Service Excellence and Standards

3. Lead Warranty and Quality Management

  • Build and develop the service network
  • Establish and strengthen our network of service partners, providing support for follow‑up of warranty, parts, and service operations
  • Build their capabilities in technical support, spare parts, and warranty processes to ensure exceptional customer service
  • Coach and train our service partners to implement and adhere to our global service standards
  • Conduct on‑site audits to foster a culture of continuous improvement

Take ownership of the warranty process, ensuring efficient claims approval and using warranty data to proactively address quality improvements and parts supply

Implement Strategic Service Initiatives

  • Manage customer relationships and resolve escalations
  • Act as the primary point of contact for resolving complex customer complaints
  • Coordinate resources to find effective solutions and protect our brand reputation
  • Develop and roll out engaging service campaigns and training programs based on market needs
  • Enhance customer loyalty throughout the vehicle lifecycle

What You Bring

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in automotive industry or mobility services
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Customer‑oriented mindset & results‑oriented
  • Excellent teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to prioritize and work proactively with efficient time‑management skills
  • Great negotiation skills
  • Excellent English & one of Europe's language skills (German, French, Italian, Spanish) or Chinese is a plus
  • Thorough knowledge of commercial management software and digital tools
