Overview

The Employee Services Operations Advisor plays an important role in establishing a sustainable Employee Service Ops department in the BSO. The role offers an opportunity to collaborate across the EMEA region and develop your career in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out regular daily operations to ensure proper and timely execution of ES Operations administrative tasks within own scope.
  • Provide operational support to colleagues according to guidance from managers and specialists.
  • Support inputs provision and testing connected to global initiatives.
  • Maintain strong and positive relationships with external providers, vendors and internal stakeholders to secure high-quality processing.
  • Cooperate with team members to ensure continuous execution of tasks and delivery.
  • Challenge processes and identify areas for improvement to maximize effectiveness and precision.
  • Contribute to the team’s success and sustain a high-performing ES Ops department.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience with Employee Services processes including basic HR knowledge.
  • Basic understanding of hire-to-retire processes with focus on employee benefits and time and attendance management.
  • Experience with HR Master Data Systems (e.g., SAP, Workday) and experience with service transitions.
  • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Service Now).
  • Experience from Shared Service or Human Resources.
  • Team player with a proactive approach.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken); fluent in French.
  • Advanced Microsoft skills with a strong focus on Excel.
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Analytics and data management experience with the ability to turn insight into action.
  • Proven experience in the French market.
