Job Description

The Employee Services Operations Advisor plays an important role in establishing a sustainable Employee Service Ops department in the BSO. We have an exciting opportunity for someone who has analytical skills, a proactive approach to collaborate across the EMEA region, and a willingness to develop their career in an ever‑evolving environment. This role is offered as a one‑year fixed‑term contract.

Core Responsibilities

  • Carry out regular daily operations to ensure proper and timely execution of ES Operations administrative tasks within own scope.
  • Provide operational support to colleagues according to guidance from managers and specialists.
  • Support input provision and testing connected to global initiatives.
  • Maintain strong and positive relationships with external providers, vendors and internal stakeholders to secure high‑quality processing.
  • Cooperate with team colleagues to ensure continuous execution of tasks and delivery.
  • Challenge processes and identify areas for improvement with the aim to achieve maximum effectiveness and precision of our processes.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience with Employee Services processes including basic legal HR knowledge.
  • Basic understanding of hire‑to‑retire processes with a focus on employee benefits and time and attendance management.
  • Experience with HR Master Data Systems such as SAP or Workday, and with service transitions.
  • Work experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.
  • Experience in Shared Service or Human Resources functions.
  • Team player with a proactive approach.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken) – fluent in French.
  • Advanced Microsoft skills, especially in Excel.
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Analytics and data management experience with the ability to turn insight into action.
  • Proven previous experience in the French market.
