WHAT YOU WILL DO
As People Business Partner EMEA, your main contribution is to help translate business needs into People actions that support performance and a strong employee experience across EMEA.
Reporting to the Head of People, you play a vital role in ensuring consistent and progressive People practices, and working closely with leaders to foster an inclusive and effective organisation across EMEA by:
- Act as a trusted People Business Partner to senior leaders across Paris and EMEA, supporting effective leadership and sound people decisions
- Deliver regional People processes and cycles (performance, rewards, talent, succession, engagement) with consistency and quality, in close collaboration with the global People team
- Coach and advise leaders on organisation design, workforce planning, change, leadership behaviour, and team development
- Lead employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with French labour law, internal policies and Acne Studios' ethical standards
- Support key regional talent priorities, partnering with Talent Acquisition on critical hires, onboarding and retention
- Represent the EMEA/Paris organisation in global People initiatives, contributing regional insights and enabling strong local implementation
- Champion a culture of collaboration, inclusion, feedback, and continuous development
- Safeguard a high‑quality, consistent employee experience through strong People practices, governance and accountability
- Ensure a structured, proactive, and high‑quality operational People approach across the region

Specific experience and knowledge for this role
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or equivalent
- ~5 years' experience as a People Business Partner / HRBP in an international, fast‑paced environment; background in luxury, retail, or creative industries is a plus
- Strong generalist People expertise across performance, talent and succession, employee relation and governance
- Experienced in applying global frameworks in regional and local legal and cultural contexts
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
