Amazon provides international transportation solutions to Sellers leveraging Amazon's fulfillment program. As a Sales Representative, you will have the exciting opportunity to help drive the growth and shape the future of our Sellers business. Your responsibilities include working on key accounts and future opportunities. The ideal candidate will have both sales and business background, customer obsession, be a self‑starter, and possess strong problem‑solving abilities. The role requires working in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment with cross‑functional teams worldwide.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensure high customer service for all Amazon export volume and related sellers
- Respond and qualify incoming enquiries
- Achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities
- Cooperate in the development and execution of a territory plan including outbound calling against established target lists
- Work closely with other teams to grow revenue in assigned territory
- Manage numerous requests concurrently and strategically
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and related territory target lists
- Work with partners to extend reach and drive adoption
- Ensure customer satisfaction
Basic Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional or military experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience prospecting, qualifying, and cold‑calling companies
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with pipeline management skills, including utilization of Salesforce or other CRM tools
- Experience and track record of exceeding sales goals
