Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in any industry (our onboarding will help you thrive!)
- Strong track record of hitting and exceeding quota
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
- Ability to navigate both high-velocity and value-focused deals
- Customer-centric mindset with strong consultative approach
- French Native or Fluent
- Good level of English
- Spanish is a strong plus
- Experience in Fintech or Finance teams is a strong plus

What the job involves
- As part of its Strategic Plan, Spendesk decided to address customer growth through two different teams within the Sales Department:
- Business Development: Responsible for acquiring new customers
- Account Management: Responsible for growing and developing existing customers
- As an Account Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving business growth by nurturing and expanding relationships with our existing customers in Southern Europe (mainly France)
- You'll manage a portfolio of around 150 accounts with the goal of driving expansion through upsell, cross-sell, and contract negotiation
- Own and develop a dedicated portfolio of Southern European customers through proactive territory planning
- Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities throughout the entire sales cycle
- Understand client needs and business objectives to effectively position our solutions
- Maintain strong customer relationships and collaborate with Customer Success Managers
- Provide customer feedback to Product, Marketing, and Strategic Partnerships teams
- Keep accurate records of interactions and progress using CRM software
