Responsibilities

  • Analyse performance metrics across our partnerships: volumes, revenue, conversion rates, operational KPIs. Your analysis informs how we allocate resources and prioritize accounts.
  • Propose and deliver action plans to grow the accounts. Structured recommendations for each partner: where to invest more, where to cut, what to test next. Execute, track results, iterate.
  • Work with the Product team on the roadmap. Translate partner feedback into product priorities. Push for features that unlock revenue. Your field intelligence shapes what gets built.
  • Assist the KAM team with business reviews. Prepare quarterly and ad‑hoc reviews for our biggest accounts. Build the decks, pull the data, draft the narratives. You’ll be in the room when we present to DoorDash, Uber Eats, and others.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape. What are other platforms doing with visual content? What are restaurants asking for that we don’t offer yet? Feed competitive intelligence into strategy.
  • Work alongside PMs, AMs, and the tech team. You’re embedded in a 40‑person company — not siloed. You’ll learn how a startup operates end‑to‑end, from account strategy to product to tech.

Profil recherch

  • You’re studying at a top Business or Engineering school (Bac+5 level). You bring structured thinking and intellectual rigor.
  • You’ve had previous experience in Sales, Customer Success, or Account Management even if brief — an internship, a side project, a startup. You understand the dynamics of a client relationship.
  • You’re data‑savvy. You’re comfortable with data visualization tools, spreadsheets, you know how to build a pivot table, create scripts and you don’t get intimidated by large datasets. You extract signal from noise.
  • You’re investigative. You ask “why” until you find the root cause. You don’t accept surface‑level answers. When numbers don’t add up, you dig.
  • You’re proactive and autonomous. You don’t wait to be told what to do. You see a gap, you flag it, you propose a fix. Extreme agency is the #1 trait we hire for at OCUS.
  • You’re comfortable with change. We’re building a new product inside a company that moves fast. Priorities shift. You adapt without losing momentum.
  • You speak English fluently (OCUS operates in English internally, and our marketplace partners are global). French is a plus.
