Overview

Location: Paris, France. Type: CDI. The company simplifies the transition to electric for professional vehicle fleets across three verticals: vehicle leasing, charging station installation, and SaaS. Currently accelerating, it is opening an Account Management pillar to maximize value of the existing client base. As the first SAM, your role is double: operational pillar managing a strategic portfolio and architect structuring retention and expansion processes.

Responsibilities

  • Identify growth opportunities within accounts closed by Account Executives (e.g., scaling from test fleet to full conversion).
  • Drive average basket through sale of additional services (charging stations, card, fleet management software).
  • Ensure renewal rate >90% of the strategic portfolio.
  • Act as guarantee of brand promise by resolving friction points with Ops teams.
  • Lead Business Reviews (QBR) with decision makers (CFO, Fleet Managers).
  • Develop the first AM playbooks and client follow‑up rituals.
  • Optimize HubSpot for retention tracking and client data.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to turn client success into case studies.

Qualifications

  • 4 years of B2B sales experience with an existing portfolio; prospecting experience is a plus.
  • Commercial intelligence: ability to explain complex concepts simply.
  • Experience selling multi‑product solutions in complex environments.
  • Curiosity and ability to build human relationships with prospects/clients.
  • Positive ego, coachability, ready to accept feedback.
  • Startup/scale‑up mindset, ideally previous SaaS or automotive startup.
  • Excellent oral expression and synthesis ability.
  • Data‑driven and synthesis capacity.
  • Experience in energy, IRVE, SaaS or automotive sectors is desirable.
