Role Overview

As a Key Account Manager within the EV Charging /Multi-Energy Solutions division, you will drive business growth by developing and managing strategic client relationships at a national level. You will promote integrated energy solutions, including solar power, electric vehicle charging infrastructure, battery storage, and related services.

Working closely with technical and cross-functional teams, you will identify and develop high-value opportunities aligned with clients’ decarbonization goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop commercial activity through prospecting and managing key accounts
  • Build and execute strategic account plans aligned with company priorities
  • Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities
  • Manage full sales cycles from lead generation to contract closure
  • Develop tailored multi-energy solutions (solar, EV charging, storage, etc.)
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders (technical, legal, finance, operations)
  • Build strong relationships with senior decision-makers across client organizations
  • Monitor market trends and regulatory developments
  • Contribute to improving sales processes and offerings
  • Track performance and provide regular reporting

Candidate Profile

  • Degree in business or equivalent higher education - preferred not essential
  • 5+ experience in key account management or business development
  • Experience in energy, infrastructure, or related B2B sectors preferred
  • Strong understanding of renewable energy and energy solutions markets
  • Proven ability to manage complex, long sales cycles
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Strategic mindset with strong autonomy and teamwork abilities
