Role Overview
As a Key Account Manager within the EV Charging /Multi-Energy Solutions division, you will drive business growth by developing and managing strategic client relationships at a national level. You will promote integrated energy solutions, including solar power, electric vehicle charging infrastructure, battery storage, and related services.
Working closely with technical and cross-functional teams, you will identify and develop high-value opportunities aligned with clients’ decarbonization goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop commercial activity through prospecting and managing key accounts
- Build and execute strategic account plans aligned with company priorities
- Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities
- Manage full sales cycles from lead generation to contract closure
- Develop tailored multi-energy solutions (solar, EV charging, storage, etc.)
- Coordinate internal stakeholders (technical, legal, finance, operations)
- Build strong relationships with senior decision-makers across client organizations
- Monitor market trends and regulatory developments
- Contribute to improving sales processes and offerings
- Track performance and provide regular reporting
Candidate Profile
- Degree in business or equivalent higher education - preferred not essential
- 5+ experience in key account management or business development
- Experience in energy, infrastructure, or related B2B sectors preferred
- Strong understanding of renewable energy and energy solutions markets
- Proven ability to manage complex, long sales cycles
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Strategic mindset with strong autonomy and teamwork abilities
