Who We Are Looking For We are seeking a commercially driven and client-focused Account Manager to join our Paris office. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of strategic and mid-market clients across France and Southern Europe.
This role focuses on revenue growth, contract renewals, upselling, and strengthening long-term partnerships, while also ensuring day-to-day client support on existing technologies and services. The Account Manager will work closely with Customer Success, Operations, Product, IT, and Finance teams to ensure commercial success and client satisfaction.
What You Will Work On
Commercial Account Management
- Own and manage a portfolio of assigned accounts
- Develop account strategies aligned with revenue and growth targets
- Lead contract renewals and commercial negotiations
- Business Development within Existing Accounts
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across Crisis24 services including travel risk management, intelligence, crisis response, and assistance services
- Develop expansion strategies to increase account penetration
- Provide ongoing client support on existing Crisis24 technologies and platforms
- Act as a point of contact for day-to-day demands
- Ensure timely follow-up of client requests in coordination with Product, IT, Operations, and Support teams
- Monitor service performance and ensure alignment with contractual commitments and SLAs
- Escalate and manage issues when necessary to ensure rapid resolution
Client Engagement & Governance
- Participate in business reviews and governance meetings alongside Customer Success teams
- Position Crisis24 as a strategic partner rather than a service provider
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in CRM systems
- Track revenue performance and provide monthly commercial reporting
- Ensure visibility on renewal timelines and commercial risks
Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with Customer Success Managers to ensure alignment between service delivery and commercial objectives
- Coordinate with Legal and Finance for contract management and compliance
- Engage Product and IT teams to align client needs with platform evolution and technical enhancements
What You Will Bring
- Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets
- Experience in security services, travel risk management, SaaS, or B2B services preferred
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
Languages
- Fluent French and English required
- Additional languages such as Spanish, Italian are a plus
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic mindset
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
- Ability to manage complex, multinational stakeholders
