ACCOUNT MANAGER
* ### Support Account Managers and Account Directors in managing day-to-day project activities.
- Help prepare client briefs, timelines, contact reports, and review trackers.
- Coordinate internal status meetings and follow up on next steps to ensure smooth progress.
- Track deliverables and ensure deadlines, quality, and budget requirements are met.
- Proofread materials and ensure all client-facing documents meet quality standards.
- Contribute ideas to help elevate the quality and creativity of client work.
- Support pitch preparation, research, and presentation development.
- Learn to anticipate client and team needs, always approaching challenges with a solutions-driven mindset.
- Stay curious about new technologies, health trends, and the evolving role of creativity in wellness communication.
- 1–2 years of relevant internship or agency experience (health, wellness, or creative communications preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in **English** (mandatory); professional proficiency in **French** is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail
- Positive, proactive, and dependable attitude
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Power
Point, Excel, Word) and familiar with project management tools (Teamwork, Monday.com, etc.)
- Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders
- Curious and comfortable exploring **AI-powered tools** to improve efficiency and creativity
