About the Role
In a strong growth phase, we’re looking for an Account Manager to join our Sales team and take ownership of a strategic portfolio of mid-market clients.
You’ll be a key driver of client growth — and of Semji’s growth too.
Your Mission & Impact
Your goal: accelerate growth within your portfolio by prioritizing high-impact actions and ensuring top-tier client satisfaction.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of mid-market clients (around 120 accounts, generating ~€1M in revenue)
- Identify and activate new growth opportunities : upsell, cross-sell, and expansion
- Own contract renewals and ensure smooth, timely execution
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers to deliver top-notch client satisfaction and anticipate evolving needs
- Spot early churn signals and implement proactive measures to reduce risk
About You
You have at least 3 years of full-time experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role — ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
You are comfortable managing client portfolios, driving growth, and fostering long-term retention.
You know how to build trust, challenge your clients constructively, and negotiate with a wide range of stakeholders.
You’re structured, results-oriented, and data-driven in how you manage your goals.
You speak fluent English (C2 level).
Additional Information
- Location: Lyon 9th (Metro D – Gare de Vaise)
- Compensation: €40–45K gross/year (base) + ~€20K in variable bonus
- Remote Work: 2 days/week (after onboarding)
- Contract Type: Full-time, permanent (CDI)
