To be responsible for owning and expanding client relationship with customers to drive revenue growth, client satisfaction and long-term partnership with assigned accountsManages accounts with a typical size of 10-30M Portfolio
Key Responsibilities
- 1.A single point of accountability for the client, ensuring seamless delivery of services, cross, upsell of IT solution aligned to customer business objectives
- 2.Develop and execute multi-year account plan alignment with customer priorities and industry trends
- 3.Responsible for Account Performance in terms of Revenue, Profitability, payment cycles and growth
- 4.Ensure high-quality delivery of contracted services and solutions
- 5.Partner with delivery leadership to address risk, optimize performance and ensure client satisfaction
- 6.Leads contract negotiations, renewals and pricing discussions
