Account Manager
The Role
You’ll join a small, highly committed team. You’ll own a portfolio of B2B accounts, large corporations, law firms, asset management companies, and scale‑ups with a clear mission: turn every signed contract into a long‑term relationship and an expansion opportunity.
What You’ll Do
- Own your portfolio end‑to‑end: onboarding, beneficiary follow‑up, quarterly business reviews, renewals, always keeping an eye on the next growth opportunity
- Monitor CU (check‑up) utilization in real time through HubSpot
- Lead quarterly meetings with HR Directors and C‑level stakeholders and manage the renewal cycle proactively
- Grow revenue within each account
- Build your own pipeline: referrals from existing clients, warm network introductions, and identification of new targets within your portfolio
- Partner with medical, marketing, and operations teams to tailor offerings to each client’s specific needs
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Skills
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a role that required hyper‑organization skills
- Experience automating mindless, repetitive tasks
- Experience managing relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels from the assistant to the executive
- You are at ease with SAAS tools (CRMs or others), and could probably vibe‑code your own
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, your emails are clear, your presentations persuasive, your meetings produce outcomes
- Fluent French and professional English (international clients)
- Ability to operate across levels: hands‑on with HR teams, strategic with C‑level stakeholders
Strong Plus
- Knowledge of corporate health, prevention, or workplace wellness
- Experience in a scaling startup environment (you know how to build while delivering)
- Network within HR functions or senior leadership teams in large French companies
