Job Summary
Account Management Lead (Online) – Paris‑based
The role leads a team of Account Managers to grow and manage Joko’s online partner portfolio, develop new business opportunities, and support strategic objectives across Marketing, Operations, Product, Data, and Technology.
Responsibilities
- Hire, train, and manage a high‑performing team of Account Managers.
- Develop strategies to optimize the Online Business and oversee a portfolio of over 3,000 partners.
- Negotiate competitive deals and special offers with brand partners, leveraging features such as BNPL and coupons.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Data teams to monitor partnership performance and analyze market trends.
- Build strong partner relationships through regular events and meetings and support international expansion, starting with the US.
- Work with Product and BizOps to improve processes and build foundations for scaling the department in France and abroad.
- Contribute to the design of the commercial and onboarding strategy.
- Work closely with Marketing to establish a robust communication roadmap for top‑brand users.
Qualifications
- 7–10 years of business experience in client‑facing roles within startups, tech, finance, or consulting; management experience is a plus.
- Graduated from a top‑tier business or engineering school.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, hands‑on mindset, and strong problem‑solving skills.
- Autonomous project management from inception to completion; high standards and goal focus.
- Strong business sense, ability to grasp customer needs, surpass goals, and close deals.
- Analytical skills and data‑driven decision making.
- Energy for connecting with people, active listening, and crafting solutions.
- Efficiency with productivity tools and ability to deliver on time with multiple stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, adaptability, organization, autonomy, and willingness to go the extra mile.
- Fluent in French and English, written and spoken.
